1) What is your return policy? 

We're happy to return anything that did not work - like a shirt for a different size, art print wasn't what you expected, etc. Please contact us within 21 days to get a consideration for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Any signs of well used wear or damage will automatically remove eligibility for return. Commissions/Artworks are a special case. Please reach out through the Contact Page or the Chat Icon on the bottom right corner if you would like to return an offering. 

2) What are your clothing details?

At this time we use Gildan and Lane Seven Apparel. Adult Sizes S-4XL. Please reach out if you have comments/size requests on the Contact page!

3) Is there any special way to care for my printed/regular apparel?

YES! For garments that are hand printed by myself, the best practice in caring for these garments include:

* Washing garments in cold water. Warm is OK but cold is best to sustain longevity and vibrancy in print.

* Let the shirt air dry, or tumble dry on no heat/low. The less heat the print is exposed to, the better!

As for other garments that may be produced elsewhere, please refer to the care instructions on your item. Care varies by garment, but most apparel is made out of cotton.

4) Do you offer sales or discounts?

I do! You can sign up for emails and get a discount code towards your first order, wait for public sales, or check out my Sale Offerings Collection to shop current items on sale!

5) What are your shipping details?

You'll get a confirmation email after you place your order. Depending on your choice of shipping times, orders can go out any where from 1-5 business days after purchase.

On occasion, there are sales/codes with free shipping - stay tuned for those discounts through the blog, email newsletter, or home page!

On rare occasion, shipping can take longer if there is an emergency, delay, or issue with my local mail options. If that's the case, I will get in touch. Your patience and compassion is appreciated! 

6) Do you ship out of state/internationally?

I currently ship orders in and out of California. Inquire within if interested in shipping out of the U.S.

7) Can I track my order?

Yes! You should receive an email with your tracking number/shipment status included. 

You can either click the link included, or track your order on the site!

On any page, click the little speech bubble in the bottom right corner.

There will be prompts to choose from, and click "Track my order." There you can enter your order number and email to view the status.
