Refund policy

We welcome return and refund requests for those items that may not have been the right fit, if you received something defective, or you have changed your mind.

As Dream Drifter Designs sells a variety of products, please review our policy below for further information and instructions.

Artwork Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds:

Original artworks and prints are eligible for returns if pieces are in original condition with no damages. Original artworks are not eligible for exchanges for other products. The request must be made within 65 days after purchase. 

If the artwork is damaged, a return may still be considered and the return amount will be determined/adjusted by a case by case scenario. 

Clothing Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds:

Clothing is eligible for returns if items are in original condition with no damages. Clothing is also eligible for exchanges for other products if also in new condition. Requests must be made within 65 days after purchase.

If the clothing is damaged or noticeably used, a return/exchange may no longer be eligible. A return may still be considered and the return amount will be determined/adjusted by a case by case scenario.

Accessories Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds:

Accessories such as stickers or stationary are eligible for returns if items are in original condition with no damages. Accessories are also eligible for exchanges for other products if also in new condition. The request must be made within 65 days after purchase.

If the accessory is damaged or noticeably used, a return/exchange will no longer be eligible.

Bath & Body Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds:

Bath and body products can be eligible for returns depending on the item. Bath and body accessories like our soap bags are eligible for return/exchange if it is in original condition with no damages. Soap bars can be eligible for return/exchange if it is in new condition and has not been opened/used. No exceptions.

Requests with bath accessories must be made within 65 days after purchase. Requests with soap bars are only eligible if they have been damaged through shipment.

Damages & Issues With Your Purchase:

If you received your order and your items were damaged through shipping or did not hold up to your satisfaction, you may request an exchange for your item, gift credit for a future purchase, or a return/refund.

Requests with artwork, clothing, and stationary/bath accessories must be made within 65 days after purchase. Requests with soap bars must be made within 30 days after purchase.

How To Begin A Request:

To begin a request, please email us at dreamdrifterdesigns@gmail.com with the subject title: Order Request #(Insert Your Order Number Here).

Please describe the reason behind your request:

  1. Return: You can choose to return your purchase in person at a designated drop off in the Bay Area, CA, or choose to ship your item back. We'll send you a shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Once your item has been received and processed, your request for payment return will be approved in your choice of your payment method or store credit. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  2. Exchange: You can choose to return your purchase and receive a new shipment with the preferred, new item(s) you would like. We'll send you a shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Once your item has been received and processed, your request for exchange will be approved and we will ship out your new items. Items sent to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
  3. Damages/Issues: You can choose to return your purchase and receive an exchange, store credit, or refund to your original payment method when you first placed your purchase. We may ask you for photos to confirm and ask that customers respect the honor code. Please do not damage something to get your money back. After your request is approved, we'll send you a shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Once your item has been received and processed, your request in whichever form of compensation for the issue you chose will be approved. Items sent to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

Request processes will begin within 1 to 3 business days after the initial request has been made.

How We Issue Refunds:
In whichever type if refund request you are making: when your refund is approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
